1. Service Description

We provide basic cloud services intended for learning, research, testing, and entertainment. We do not guarantee reliability or accuracy. USE FOR PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS, COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, OR STORING CRITICAL DATA IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

2. Conditions of Use

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or reach the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Not use the service for unauthorized or illegal purposes.

3. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We expressly disclaim any liability for:

• Suitability for production environments.
• ANY LOSS CAUSED BY SERVER STABILITY (including data loss, business interruption, etc.).
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures.
• Any damage caused by force majeure.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Narwhal Cloud provides digital cloud computing services with no physical shipping involved. Our service operates on a prepaid balance system. Users can use their balance to manually select and provision machines, which will be automatically activated within 24 hours. If any issues arise during the provisioning process, or at any time during your usage, you may cancel the service. Upon cancellation, a prorated refund based on the remaining value will be automatically credited back to your account balance.

5. Refund & Return Policy

In principle, all recharges and consumption on Narwhal Cloud are strictly non-refundable, and we do not offer any SLA guarantees.

Exception: You may be eligible for a refund if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

• The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of your recharge.
• The service genuinely does not meet your requirements.
• The service was used reasonably and there was no violation of our Terms of Service.

One-Time Limit: We offer a strict one refund per account limit. Once a refund is successfully processed, your account will be permanently banned from our platform.

6. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.

7. Policy Updates

Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of updated terms.
